Berry College also strives to provide students with a caring, concerned community in an atmosphere of mutual respect, and in an environment where rights and responsibilities are handled by students with accountability and maturity.

Berry College strives to provide students opportunities to participate in the internal affairs and governance of the college. Students are encouraged either individually or collectively to express their views on issues of institutional policy and other matters of general interest to the student body.
